Bart van Olphen is a fish & seafood expert , author , chef , presenter and speaker who is quite famous in his country . He is known internationally as the “man of the sea” which has won several awards ( among others : Best Sustainable book in the World 2011 from The World Gourmand Awards in Paris , and the National Gourmand award in the year 2014 for a book he wrote called ” Fish Tale ” .
